High Crown Braid

I love it when pretty hairstyles are easy. I particularly love easy braid hairstyles because they get all the hair out of my face, tend to stay in place on days with crummy weather, and I get to be super lazy – without looking like it ;).
Braids = lazy girl’s bread & butter.
Not to mention they go with basically every boho ensemble imaginable.
Boho = the queen of Summer style.
Today I chose to try out this Milk Maid inspired High Crown Braid to celebrate the German-American Friendship Festival we will be attending this evening (and because we’ve had thunderstorms on and off all day, so now my hair won’t get plastered to my face). I wish I had created my own tutorial photos for creating this style, but unfortunately I didn’t think ahead. Luckily for all of you, I do have the link to the tutorial that inspired me!
