Well, hello there! Welcome to With An M., a personal style and travel blog where I like to share some of the things that I find inspiring. My hope for this space is to impart chic, fun, individual style and the musings of a wanderlust spirit!

In February (2015) my husband and I moved from Washington State to Germany – a change that was rather unexpected but very exciting. I have been in love with Europe since my first trip here at the age of 12, and the chance to live in the midst of it for the next three years with my love is more than I could have ever hoped for. This move is the perfect opportunity to explore, and I can’t wait to share my discoveries and experiences!

 

THE NAME:
The title With An M. is a tribute to the many years of confusion and furrowed eyebrows upon introducing myself to people, and the mantra I’ve adopted to make it easier for them.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name.”
“Its Micole…with an M.”

My name has always been something that I love, as it’s a little different and unique – something I hope everyone strives to find and embrace in themselves.
